Walk the walk

Not a day goes by without great customer service from Stepfar staff. You make us feel like we’re your only client, with the outstanding service and turnaround time on requests. Today, for example, I was irritated with a printing issue, emailed I.T. desk, automatically received a confirmation of the request, program said it may take one hour to respond, and instead, Todd remoted into my computer immediately to resolve the issue. Just one small example of how you take care of us every day.
